I hope you enjoy your
visit to the Jarrogue website, but before you go for a browse, let me tell you a bit about
us. I have been involved with breeding and exhibiting Bull Terriers for nearly twenty five years. My Bull Terriers are not only quality show dogs, but are my best friends and my pets. You will always find Bullies living in the house and one or two holding the bed down. Bull Terrier
"Moms" and "Dads" are health tested prior to breeding, which includes
a BAER Test for hearing, UPC Ratio for kidney function, auscultation for heart murmurs or
defects and are also checked for luxating patella. Resulting puppies are "house
raised". By the time they are ready to go to their new homes, they have been
checked for parasites and treated if necessary, BAER tested and their innoculations are
current. Breed rescue has
been an important part of my life in Bull Terriers. I have been involved with rescue
at the local and national level for 17 years. Being an integral part of the
committee that organized and structured the Rescue Support Committee for the Bull Terrier
Club of America, I remain an active committee member and newly appointed Fundraising
Chairman. Please visit the new Rescue Support Committee web site at: http://www.thebullterrier.com/btcarescuesupport/. Many thanks to Amber Lowe for the long
hours she has put in on this project. In an attempt to accomplish David's original goals, I have put together a web site, The World Bull Terrier Forum, which is currently being hosted by me on Jarrogue's Bull Terriers. To reach the Forum, click on the link provided. I hope you will agree
that this is a worthy effort for everyone involved in the world of Bull Terriers.
